Patricia StonePatricia Parker Stone is the lead attorney at Stone Law, LLC. Her practice areas include family law, education, juvenile, criminal and general civil litigation.

Tricia Stone is also a skilled mediator and arbitrator, with experience mediating all types of civil litigation cases including personal injury, professional malpractice, wrongful death, employment, construction, banking, corporate matters and contracts.  She also specializes in domestic litigation involving divorce, child custody, alimony, child support and division of assets.

She currently serves as a Senior Juvenile Court Judge, appointed by Georgia Governor Nathan Deal in 2015. She served as a Judge of the Juvenile Court of Chatham County, Eastern Judicial Circuit, in Savannah, Georgia from 2003 until 2015. Prior to her appointment as a Juvenile Court Judge, she served as an Assistant District Attorney, litigating criminal cases in Superior Court and all other courts in the state system.

Judge Stone created and presided over the nationally recognized Chatham County Family Dependency Treatment Court (FDTC). She received the 2009 Georgia Leadership Award at the Georgia Child Placement Conference for demonstrating outstanding vision for change and leadership. She was also selected as WJCL Television’s Champion for Change. Under her direction, the Chatham County Family Dependency Treatment Court earned a Georgia Top Performer Award from NPC Research, and a National Award of Excellence for three consecutive years. In 2015, Judge Stone was honored in Senate Resolution 59 by the Georgia Senate for her exceptional work in the Chatham County community.

Tricia Stone graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication in 1991. She received her Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law of Mercer University in 1995. She is a member of the Savannah Bar Association and Isle of Hope United Methodist Church. As an adjunct professor at Saint Leo University, Judge Stone taught courses in criminal law, counter-terrorism and courtroom advocacy. She and her husband, Ty, live in Savannah with their three children.
